BS degree with 3-4 years experience as a Human Resourcs Generalist in a medium to large manufacturing environment. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal & written. Should have the ability to be an effective team member in setting standards of performance. Will undergo Six Sigma training and projects to improve HR processes.
